Dr. Nataly Luzina is a seasoned expert in risk assessment, project management, and industrial safety. She holds a PhD in Engineering from ITMO University and an MBA from Saint Petersburg State University of Finance and Economics. She has served as General Manager at RBIC, Russia, and held key roles at TÜV Rheinland Group and Russian Laboratory Ltd. Her expertise includes equipment diagnostics, risk-based inspection, and international project leadership. She is certified as a HAZOP Leader (DNV) and Internal Auditor (ISO 9000, TÜV Rheinland Group).

Ms. Liushu Ou holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry from a prestigious Japanese university and began her career as a Food R&D Engineer and Technical Translator in Japan. Her academic background and industry experience have built strong technical and service-oriented skills. For nearly six years, she has led chemical compliance and certification projects across India, Taiwan, Australia, and the USA. Since joining Aleph India in 2022, she has enhanced the company’s global compliance capabilities. Her expertise and commitment make her a key contributor to Aleph India’s mission of delivering reliable compliance solutions.

Mr. Jun Chen, a dedicated Technical Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, began his career in education before moving into chemical compliance. He plays a key role in managing new chemical registrations in China and compliance under EU, UK, and Turkish REACH regulations. His expertise also extends to cosmetic ingredient registration and regulatory research in English-speaking countries. Since joining Aleph India in 2022, he has strengthened our chemical compliance and global regulatory operations. His knowledge and commitment make him a vital part of Aleph India’s team.

Passionately manage ALEPH KOREA OFFICE, which is situated in South Korea. Persistently working for last six years in technical certification and creating a good life for its clients by providing the best and seamless services. He is in charge of client coordination and technical adviser for the chemicals and petrochemical industries. He has experience in preparing project budgets in a given time frame and managed resources. He is very well aware of the different country’s compliances, rules and regulations. His professional image makes our ALEPH group very outstanding. We are working hard to create a turnaround struggling certification business!

Mr. Ashish Trivedi, an IIT BHU topper and Technical Advisor at Aleph India, is a respected figure in the chemical industry. A 2009 B.Tech graduate in Chemical Engineering and the best student of his batch, he is known for his innovation and dedication. As a key pillar of Aleph India, he has been instrumental in guiding the company’s growth and success. He provides expert technical advice and support to clients, especially in BIS chemical certifications for both domestic and foreign manufacturers. His practical approach and deep expertise help clients identify opportunities and achieve compliance efficiently.

At Aleph India, Ms. Shrasti is a pillar of expertise and dedication, holding dual postgraduate degrees in Organic Chemistry and Project Management. She combines technical depth with strategic execution, driving excellence in standardization and certification services. Known for her integrity and commitment, she has successfully guided over 150 top foreign companies through BIS Licensing and Standards Formulation. Her sharp insight and regulatory expertise make her an invaluable asset to the team. As Aleph India grows, Ms. Shrasti continues to rise with it—driven by excellence and dedication.

In small period she has taken her career to another level of success with ALEPH INDIA. Her punctuality, dedication, and wonderful productivity made this possible. She has assisted foreign companies like Salto Systems S.L, Epsilor Electricfuel Ltd., Richter lighting technologies GmbH, etc., for various regulatory compliances. Graduating with a B.Com degree from Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith, Varanasi, Mr. Anil Kumar has been an integral part of our team since 2020. As the team leader of the Accounts department, he plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our financial operations. His dedication, expertise, and meticulous attention to detail have been instrumental in driving the success of our organization. We are fortunate to have him as part of our team, and his efforts continue to be a cornerstone of our growth and success.

Our project manager, Ms. Maggie Ni, is currently in charge of the Aleph China Office. She is well-versed in the legal requirements, laws, and regulations of various countries. She is working tirelessly to advance technical certification while also improving the lives of her clients through excellent, seamless service. She oversees client coordination and works as a technical advisor for the industry. Her impeccable reputation distinguishes our ALEPH group.

Our Project Manager, Ms. Cathie is responsible for planning and carrying out a company project in Vietnam. She is a very knowledgeable and experienced individual. Her regulatory compliance expertise and experience make her indispensable. She determines the quickest and simplest way to accomplish whatever the client or stakeholder desires. She is responsible for project planning, organization, supervision, and successful completion.

Ms. Linda Dang, our Project Manager, is in charge of planning and carrying out a company project in China. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience. Her knowledge and experience in regulatory compliance make her indispensable. She determines the quickest and most straightforward way to achieve whatever the client or stakeholder desires. She is in charge of project planning, organisation, supervision, and completion.

Our project manager, Mr. William, is extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about our work. He is responsible for managing our project in Vietnam. He focusses on delivering better quality services and higher client satisfaction. To ensure that everything runs smoothly, he collaborates closely with the client, stakeholders, team members, and other stakeholders. We take pride in assisting our clients with their projects by managing and completing them on time.

Meet Mr. Kevin, our Project Manager overseeing company projects in Vietnam. With extensive knowledge and experience, he ensures regulatory compliance and project success. Kevin excels in project planning, organization, and supervision, always prioritizing client needs. He's adept at finding efficient solutions to meet stakeholder expectations, making him an invaluable asset to our team.

Nandni holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, which brings a unique and insightful perspective to her role as HR Manager. Drawn to the human side of organizational life, she chose a career in Human Resources to combine her understanding of people with her passion for building a supportive and well-structured workplace. Her background allows her to approach HR with empathy, balance, and strategic clarity. She is committed to building a work environment where individuals feel valued, heard, and empowered to grow.

Ms. Puja, our esteemed Business Development Manager, is a highly qualified and dedicated professional who plays a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our business growth strategies. She is entrusted with the important responsibility of maintaining and enhancing relationships with our valued clients, while also identifying new opportunities to expand our reach. With a deep understanding of client needs and market trends, Ms. Puja works diligently to ensure our growth initiatives are aligned with both financial objectives and a strong commitment to client satisfaction.

Ms. Renu is working closely with the marketing team to ensure that BIS ISI Domestic certification, marking, and licensing are carried out correctly at the last mile. She serves industries by combining unrivalled experience and specialised capabilities. She is responsible for the company's image and market development through a period of high growth, end-to-end awareness, and experience, as well as customer relations.

Ms. Shipra, our Business Development Manager, is a well-qualified and experienced individual who develops growth strategies and plans to expand our client base and market share. She is responsible for managing and retaining relationships with existing clients. Working continuously to identify and map business strengths and customer needs in order to develop a growth strategy that is focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.

With over five years of experience in business development and client management, Mr. Vishnu brings international exposure from his professional experience in Canada. Holding degrees in International Business Management and Project Management from Canada, he drives strategic initiatives, expands client relationships, and aligns market opportunities with organisational strengths to support sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

Mr. Naveen Gupta, B.Tech in Computer Science from Modinagar Institute of Technology (2019), is a key member of Aleph INDIA Group. He leads the Digital Marketing team with strong leadership and a deep understanding of the digital landscape.
