BIS QCO FOR 100 PERCENT POLYESTER SPUN GREY AND WHITE YARN
Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers has released a Quality Control Orders in respect of 100 Percent Polyester Spun Grey and White Yarn
It shall conform to the corresponding Indian Standard IS 17265:2019 and shall bear the Standard Mark under a licence from the Bureau of Indian Standards as per Scheme-I of Schedule-II of the Bureau of Indian Standards (Conformity Assessment) Regulations, 2018.
BIS Standard Notification Order may be called the 100 Percent Polyester Spun Grey and White Yarn, (Quality Control) Order for various goods or article mentioned through a Gazette Notification dated 17 July 2023.
It shall come into force on the 05th day of October, 2023 after its publication in the Official Gazette.
This order is not applicable to the goods or articles which are meant for export.
NOTE: Any person who violates the provisions of this order will be punished in accordance with the provisions of the BIS Act, 2016.
